Store Policy
Select physical goods can be returned within 15 days of purchase. If it was created with any custom aspect it cannot be returned in any capacity and no refund will be issued upon request for custom goods. Please email me at kaityfaithllc@gmail.com and provide a short explanation as to the reason for your return and your order number, and I will get back to you within 48 hours. Returns will not be accepted after 15 days of purchase. Educational courses and digital products such as fonts & e-books are non-refundable due to the nature of distribution.
